When it comes to intimate relationships, I currently interpret Luocha as someone rather avoidant of creating/openly acknowledging genuine fond feelings (due to highly likely Unfortunate Hangups he's currently having wrt love). Alongside this is a tendency towards a need for control that can occasionally manifest in surprisingly demanding ways. That may be rather at odds, yes, with the kind and agreeable nature he normally prefers to outwardly present. Even at his most gentle and affectionate there's bound to be an intensity that's a bit startling.
